Supplements containing essential fatty acids could significantly reduce the symptoms premenstrual syndrome, or PMS, according to Brazilian researchers. ![]() A team of researchers from the Federal University of Pernambuco said in a statement that 1 or 2 grams of essential fatty acids decreased PMS symptoms in a controlled trial of 120 women. The women were given a capsule containing 2 grams of a combination of gamma linolenic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, other polyunsaturated acids and vitamin E. A report on the study is published in the BioMed Central journal Reproductive Health. So look at our Omega 3 which is a great product at a great pric. Regards, NakedHealth team
