How can I place an order on the ‘Naked Health’ - Website?

To place an order on our website, simply follow the steps explained below:

1. Choose the product(s) you would like to order by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button.

2. Once you have chosen all the products you want, click on the yellow button ‘proceed to checkout’ at the top right side.

3. We will then ask you to register your contact details so that we can get your order to you. The details that you have registered with us will be saved, so that you only have to do this once. For all future shopping these details will automatically be available when you log in.

4. If your delivery address is different from your home address, please enter this information as well in the field ‘shipping address’..

5. You will then proceed to the MyGate secure payment option where you will enter in you credit card details.

How can I pay for my order?

Naked Health offers the following payment options:

We accept payments via VISA or MasterCard through our online shop. Your credit card payments will be processed through the MyGate secure online payment method.

What are the costs for delivery?

Naked Health will send your order to any destination in South Africa via Courier Service.

Our courier rates are R30 for every order under R440.

What, if my order doesn’t arrive or is delayed or damaged?

In case your order doesn’t arrive in the estimated time, please contact us. We will then immediately try to track your order for you. However, delayed delivery will not be an accepted reason for the cancellation of an order. Should your order arrive being damaged, please contact us immediately, so that we can make arrangements for a refund and/or return of the goods.
